ADDING COLOURS TO DAY CARE CENTRE (CDS) WALL PAINTING

GFF Helps Nepal’s partner NGO- Child Development Society works at the forefront to promote and protect the children belonging to
improvised backgrounds in Nepal. The Day Care Centre that renders to the basic needs of these children during the day, while their parents or guardians are out in the brick and carpet factories working hard. These groups of preschooler are taken care in the CDS office building, which consists of two room which lacked educational and child friendly learning space.

School as we know is a second home to every learning child. This project focused on not only beautify in the walls of Day Care Centre but it also focused on wall art that is educational and a motivating factor for both teaching and learning individuals within the walls of Day Care Centre. As, the name goes “Day Care”, it symbolizes a caring space for the overall well- being of the children in the Centre.

 A YOUNG GIRL IS FASCINATED BY THE WALL ART DRAWINGS AND TAKES A SNEAK PEAK AFTER HER SCHOOL HOURS, WHILE THEY WERE PAINTING.

ONE OF THE FUN ASPECT WAS EXPERIMENTING WITH DIFFERENT COLOURS, WHILE PAINTING.

 

MR. CARSON IS AWARDED WITH A TOKEN OF APPRECIATION AND CERTIFICATE                                        Mr. Carson an enthusiastic and an artistic individual who gave two weeks of his resting time for the wall painting project. CEO of Centrics Nepal in an IT company, Mr. Carson would volunteer during the day till late evening and work in the night shift. We highly appreciate his contribution. A honorary souvenir and certificates were gifted to Mr. Carson and his team through GFF Helps team Ms. Sulohana Thapa (volunteer) and Ms. Mei Quie Sherpa (local representative) and from CDS Mr. Krishna P. Subedi (CDS Executive Director).
