Welcoming the New Intern, Miss Geralyn Nepomucino
GFF Helps Phillipines welcomed new intern and her name is Miss Geralyn Nepomucino. Do read what she writes about herself, “I am thankful that I got an opportunity to join GFF HELPS Philippines. As an intern, first, I felt that working for the project is more fun and not a chore, getting involve with the school, children and other organisations. Supporting children is very inspiring. My new experience in working is a very enjoyable moment. Second, the children are adorable. I’m learning a lot from them too. Reading workshop and Mobile Library and playful activities are rewarding.
This opportunity helps me to use the skills and at the same time I am happy to know people from different organisations. Third, I’m happy to tour Lady Peace
and Stef, in my beloved hometown – Balete, Aklan. I accompanied them at the Basura Garden, one of the famous tourist spots in Balete. Next is the school of Balete Integrated School and lastly, the Nito Products store. I was so thankful and grateful because the GFF HELPS Philippines Team visited my town.
I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with GFF HELPS for this opportunity, to serve the communities in the Philippines. Many thanks to Sir Owen and Sir Saom for relentlessly being there to support the people of Aklan.”
Wishing her the best
Wishing her the best of luck for the journey ahead of her!
